Just a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a stable internet connection. We use Zoom or Google Meet - both are free and easy to use.

Each private session is 50 minutes long - enough time to make real progress while keeping you engaged and focused.

Yes! You can upgrade to a larger package anytime. Contact us to discuss your options and we'll help you transition smoothly.

We accept bank transfers (CIH Bank) and PayPal. Payment must be completed before your first session.

Yes, you can change your regular time slot with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability. Frequent changes may not always be accommodated.

Refunds for unused sessions follow our Terms & Policies: 80% refund within first week, 50% within first month, no refunds after 30 days. See full details on Terms page.
